1. Services Provided
   We offer non-medical and medical home care services based on individual care plans. Services are provided in accordance with state and federal regulations.

2. Client Responsibilities
   Clients agree to provide accurate health information and follow their care plan. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in service termination.

3. Privacy
   Your personal and health information is protected under HIPAA. Please see our [Privacy Policy] for full details.

4. Billing and Payment
   Clients are responsible for providing accurate insurance or payment information. Services not covered by insurance are the client’s responsibility.

5. Cancellation Policy
   Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a visit.

6. Changes to Terms
   We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
